Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at kirkbennett2@gmail.com to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unused and in the condition you received them.
• You pay the cost of sending the item back.
• We refund the price of the item, plus the original standard delivery cost, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo if you can. We pay the return postage and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
